Thursday, December 06, 2007Eh. To anyone who's been reading so far, thank you. I somehow feel the posts are pretty dreary to read. So uh please tag okay, if you ever come by. Haha. If I don't tag you back, come here and scold me, I'll go over. Unless my comp doesn't let me see your tagboard. Cause I've noticed that for certain people, that's what happens.I'll quit putting out my holiday itinerary. It takes forever to post, and its too long anyway. So I got a new phone yesterday. It's a Nokia (Hereafter known as N). But I'm not exactly using it now. I kinda prefer my old phone. The Samsung (S). For sentimental and (sometimes) practical reasons. Like, I can't transfer my messages, pictures, calendar entries and much much more over. The only thing I managed to bring over were the contacts in my SIM card. -.- Some things in the S are annoying- how the system screws up the dates and times of messages, how the new words I key in to the dictionary have a life of their own and disappear or overstay as they wish, the camera quality. But every cloud has a silver lining. The messed up dates on the messages make me more willing to delete them. (Closet neat freak as I am, the number of times I've used the 'delete all messages' function can be counted on a hand) The overstaying words/names/numbers help me remember the occasions I keyed them in. The camera took my first ever photo, on my first-ever camera phone. All the times I punched stuff into message fields in a fit of anger/love/joy. The messages that've made me smile, laugh, gasp and cry. Okok I don't know why I'm making such a big deal out of this. Just transfer the SIM card lah, you must be thinking. Yeahyeah I do that already. I just use the N to play this really addictive marble-shooting game. Gah okay I admit I ran out of inspiration because I went to look at some other stuff online. If not, I'd have written a nice long essay about my S and N. Until then. Labels: SamsungNokia |
