Sunday, February 03, 2008HELLO WORLD!Yahyah I'm finally back. Thank you to everyone who's tagged, dropped by, nagged at me for being M.I.A or whatever. At least now I know I have an audience. :) I have photos and news (actually now that it's so late it should be called OLDS, hahaha) from the P.O.G gathering & last cell meeting of 2007, CCA promo day, OBS and whatever else in between to put up, but since it's so late and all, I'll try to do it next week. Yes. CNY. Whee. This is like my first time going online properly in 2008 lah, so !"£$%^&*(). In any case however, it's been a banana-crazy year. Yeah. School lah. Tsktsk. I'm pretty much lost now. We've taken about 8 tests so far. 4 I've gotten back, only 1 I passed. And the other 4 pending? I'm not banking on them. I'm pretty sure I'll fail those too. I'm struggling with most of the subjects. Really really need to quit daydreaming in class. I don't know how, but yeah. We have big shoes to fill man. Seeing as how 51.5% of the sec 4s last year got an L1R5 of 10 or less. Me, I'm just scraping through. I'm already very fortunate to be in the class of my choice as it is. I DO NOT WANT TO BE EMO HERE OKAY! But at this point I don't really have happy things to write about. :/ So just now I was stalking Gina's blog and I realised for the first time in a week how sec 1 was so nice. Sec 2 had its good bits too lah- Mrs Lee (hello I know you're reading this, HAHAHA :D), Gold with Honours, finally bonding more with P.O.G... But I guess 2006 is still The Year for me. HAHAHA. The first (and so far only) time I fell so deep. Yah LOL. Okay I know I don't make any sense here. But anyway. 06 was when I didn't over analyse things that came my way, which is good, because as it is now, I'm messing up my social life by doing that. I guess I should've made a new year's resolution to learn to distinguish reality from fantasy too. (Not over-analysing stuff being the first resolution) On the brighter side, I'm succeeding in trying to be more friendly so yaye me. HAHAHA. :D Gosh I know this post is not exactly flowing eh. I NEED TO READ. One of my primary school English teachers once said "if your writing does not flow nicely, I know you're not reading." True enough. I need to get down to reading To Kill A Mockingbird, ASAP. I'm a core Lit student afterall. :O Ooh. And some exciting news! The TKGS Choir is putting up a concert to raise funds for the Children's Cancer Society (or is it Children's Cancer Foundation?? Can't be sure; update when I know) and its upcoming competition-trip to Italy.
