It's been like, 29 days since I last blogged?? :O

In between then and now, I
1. Went to Hong Kong. Victoria Peak, Disneyland, Ocean Park, Macau, Airport.
2. Attended Rhema Conference 2008. Was an usher with 3 other Deborahs. See below!

Deborah Lock, Tay, Liu, Goh. Ooh we rock. :D
3. Went out a couple times. Once with Dorcas, once with most of P.O.G, and once with Ayeshah, Fiona and Nat.
4. Homework lor. Though I'm only 15/28 way through.

Sigh.

Some random things.

1. Pam and Fiona came over today. Did homework, had lunch, prank-called (unsuccessfully, kinda), called Elsa, looked at pictures, had ice cream, talked, laughed. Fiona and Pam had a lot of fun with Octopsy. Nat you better come ah next time. If not I'll... Batnap you. :)
2. Had tuition with a new teacher today. She said I can do it (E Math), I just need to practice more. Surprised. Really. And I'm likely to have to go over to her place next time round. (Instead of her coming over) But count your blessings Deb, it's a blessing she even came to teach you. REMEMBER THAT.
3. Goo Goo Dolls' Iris is playing on loop. I have no idea why. Must be that whole movie-playlist thing on 987 last night.
4. I happily volunteered to do ushering for Rhema Conference for the first and last night services. So now I must stop complaining about it. Or making seemingly cynical-although-they're-not-actually-that-way comments about it.
5. I MUST FINISH MY HOLIDAY HOMEWORK, SO I CAN ACTUALLY ATTEMPT TO DO MY MUGGING CATCHING UP. Also so I can go for that regional outing.
6. ElsaC stop daoing me for not being able to see you off on Thursday cause IT IS NOT MY FAULT. I would if I could, but I can't. So there. But I still want a sheep/postcard/letter from New Zealand okay.
7. The Choir thing on Saturday didn't go too well for us. But we will kickass next March. I want to.
8. I seem to be pre-occupied with Q*bert, V-Rally 2 (both are games) and the SMS counter on my phone. :O
9. I'm going to Hong Kong next Monday.
10. I find it amazing that the two cousins who are going with me are still unaware of the trip. (Their folks are keeping them in the dark cause they don't want them to get too excited and/or be unable to focus on the CO competition she's participating in)
11. I should, SHOULD be getting off the comp soon. Once again, I leave without sending or uploading a single one of the ten zillion photos I owe people.
12. I thought I'd have a problem coming up with 10 points in this post. Now I have 12. -.-
Oh.
13. Thanks Dorcas and family for hosting last week's sleepover. It was great. (:
14. Jiayou Qi for tomorrow's competition! (Although I know you won't see this in time, or perhaps even ever, but...) And bon voyage to all those going somewhere this holidays- Ayeshah who's already in KL, Elsa to New Zealand, Marianne to Vietnam/Korea, and Jia Min (I think) to Korea.

Cool. I have 14 points. Just like Woodrow Wilson! I is the bomb. (:

P/s- If you don't know who Woodrow Wilson is, grab a History textbook from the nearest history student (it could be you) and check out chapter 2: Establishing Peace.

Pp/s- No, I haven't been mugging History.

Okay I know you're sick of me now.

Bye.

Let me tell you something.

I LOVE HEART LOVE HEART LOVE SLEEP-IN CAMPS.

And I am absolutely bamboozled that I will never once be able to spend a night in TKGS. Was looking at the pictures of Thahira's PB camp, and I got jealous, because well, I'll never spend a night in TK. )': It's saddening, and I don't care if you don't understand my pain. Perhaps I should get locked in school one day eh? But no lah. Not fun if I don't have any friends with me. I can just imagine Elsa's, Fiona's and Marianne's reactions if I asked them to stay in with me for a night.

"YOU CRAZY AH."

Or.

"You go do it by yourself lah."

Or. (worst case scenario, so not likely, but still there's a possibility) "Come, let's ignore Deborah."

D':

In case I never told you before- Before I came to TKGS, I thought my CCA would either be choir or Guides. I picked Choir, and though I have no regrets joining this crazynoisymusical CCA, I wish it'd have some sort of camp in school. I won't mind having a sleepover farewell party in school next year.

Hinthinthint. (Although I know no one will pick it up, I'm makig myself heard)

I'm proud to have been among the first batch of people to have camped at the newly-rennovated St Hilda's Primary in 2003 for the combined UG (Boys' Brigade, Girls' Brigade and Girl Guides) Apple Camp.

A chance to camp at TK before it actually undergoes PRIME would be nice too.

Okay lah I think you've had enough of my I-WANT-TO-CAMP-IN-TKGS emo-ness.

(Thank God for OBS and the Choir Chalet in 2006.)
