Sunday, January 25, 2009HEYYO! First post of 2009. O: Anyhow.TEN THINGS. (My mum wants me to get off ASAP, see) 1. My parents have almost successfully persuaded me to drop Higher Chinese. Goodbye 2 bonus points (if I actually work hard) and Mdm Chee (I love her she's so funny and is some sort of a role model to me), should Express Chinese become a reality for me. For me, it (Higher Chinese) started with a band 1, continued with a Merit, and ended with a C5 (and a rather er, useless Dictinction for Oral/Aural). Those were the -passports- to my 5 years of doing Higher Chinese. But I thank all the Chinese Teachers and tuition teachers who've taught me. 2. Oh and thank you to everyone who has put up with my PMSiness and what-subject-to-drop dilemma this week. Heh sorry ah. 3. Went for tuition yesterday, and Mrs Law gave me an ang bao. Totally unexpected, but thanks! Haha. 4. Oh and my correction tape's at Mrs Law's. I think she forgot to return it to me at the end of the lesson. (She took it from me because she noticed I use tons of that thing, and wanted me to "get it right the first time round!") 5. I'M GONNA GET MAIL!! Hahaha. :D I can hardlyyyyy wait. 6. I talked to Abigail on the phone for 1+ hour yesterday while discussing today's worship! Enjoyed it thoroughly. :D Gah fine. Just 6 points. (At least I blogged okay!) In case I don't go online before Chinese New Year, ZHU DA JIA XIN NIAN KUAI LE, BU BU GAO SHENG, SHEN TI JIAN KANG! (that's wishing everyone happy new year, improvement and good health) :):):) Special shout-outs to those who ain't in Singapore: Dorothy and Mabel Gugu and Mrs Lee. A thousand moles of love to one and all! (I think I love Chem, seeing as to how it has infiltrated even daily conversation occasionally.) P/s- Ayeshah get well soon. |
