Saturday, August 15, 2009I'M BACK! And I'm sure you missed my lack of a online presence.July was okay I guess. Had a most awesome outing with Mrs Lee on the 22nd. :D Ate, talked, -gossiped-, reminisced, laughed, got counselled, had a good time basically. Thank you much much Mrs Lee. <3 I am trying to stay offline as much as possible, seeing as to how I have an amazing tendency to stay online for 4-5 hours or perhaps even longer most times I get on. Absolutely detrimental, don't you think. Especially when your prelims start in 6 days and the big O's in... 86 days. That's scary, in my hardly-touched-Bio shoes. National Day Celebrations in school were way better than I thought they would be, cam-whoring, getting high and all. We didn't have to be forced to have a party eventually. Well not surprising right. And I heart heart heart the National Day Parade. I thought it was awesome. I was tearing when Kevin and Gayle sang; the song was just so sweet. And I'll answer the million dollar question- yes, I took part in the pledge moment thingy. Plus sang the national anthem too! I love Singapore, really, and I'm thankful I was born here. :) Graduation Day's drawing near, and lately I've been thinking about it everday. I may complain a lottttt about school, but I know deep down I love TKGS. It's the people, the culture that make it what it is. No prizes for guessing who's gonna be a waterfall on 2 October. Ooh and thankyouverymuch to everyone who's nagging/encouraging/helping/keeping track of me in mugging. Even Mr Law (my tuition teacher's husband) has started nagging at me now, HAHAHA. :) Okay I'm done. This's a really sappy post I know, but you gotta be thankful for what you have, no? Better get off now, I have tuition + school homework, Chinese thingamaroos I should have read and made notes for on Thursday and basically a whole lot of mugging I really should be doing. Good night lovely people. |
