Monday, January 25, 2010HIIIIIIIIII. I've had a most busy January so far, as you can (kinda) tell from the lack of updates. Have been going out an insane number of times. I've had a lot of fun during the many outings, the superawesome class chalet and yesterday's really funnnnn ice-skating thing with COOL, my new and fabulous cell. :)JANUARY THUS FAR (what I can remember offhand)- 3rd: First Service and Cell meeting as a CM 6th: Outing at Tampines Mall with Fiona, Jia Min and Mare 7th-8th: CLASS CHALET! :D Visited choir on the afternoon of the 8th with Mare. Cut hair! (I now have side-swept bangs) 9th: CM training in the morning. Visited TP open house with Gina in the afternoon. 10th: Visit to Uncle CK's/Auntie HD's/Russel's for farewell party. Went over to Min Jie's too. :) 11th: Results day. Cried at least 5 times, twice before I actually I got my results. -.- Didn't do well. Thank you to all the seniors and everyone else who was there for me that day. (: 12th: Visited the NYJC and NJC open houses with Mare and Fiona. 13th: Attended the MJC open house with Wendy, her Mum and Gayathri. Met a whole lot of TKGS and SHPS people there! Rushed off for waitressing at Mandarin Oriental, where I (willingly) worked till 0130 the next day and unfortunately, got the folks super worried in the process. :S I like putting on the chair covers there. Seriously. 14th: Choir appeal audition at Nanyang! I had to sing really high and really low. Went out with Jia Min and Brenda thereafter. Chinatown for lunch and bead shopping (for the two seniors), then Orchard to collect my pay for yesterday. Went on ALL the MRT lines that day. 15th: Off to Mandarin Oriental for waitressing again. 16th: Went back to school for CCA Promotion, attended CM training, met Iffa for the job application thing, collected pay, went home, went out again for (regional) CM cell. 17th: Cell breakfast at Long John Silver's in Tiong Bahru Plaza! Mare came over after Church to practice her song for the ACJC audition and talk. :) 18th-19th: Sleepover at Fi's with Mare, Sa and (duh) Fi! Went to Fi's, had lunch at Manhattan Fish Market in White Sands (saw someone there:D ), went crazy over coloured rubber bands and bought some for school, walked around, went to Mare's, had a very entertaining dinner, played truth or dare on Mare's phone, watched many movies, headed to ACJC for Mare's audition, went to Frolick at Tampines 1 to get a massive cup of yogurt with 3 toppings, walked around Tampines Mall, looked at TYS answers for last year's papers (Mare's idea), met Pei Hsin, talked to her, and went home. Had fun. :) 20th: Visited Gina, walked around, talked a lot, got treated to dinner at Macs. :) 21st: Outing with SHPS pals Germaine and Elizabeth. Walked around in the Tampines Malls, had lunch at Pasir Ris, bowled at E!hub, played at the Pasir Ris Park playground (they changed the spider web. The ropes are pretty colouful now), went to White Sands to get Germaine's dinner. 22nd: Did waitressing at Fullerton. 23rd: CM training. Went down to Orchard to collect my pay and buy a couple of things. Walked from Ion to Tanglin Mall because I couldn't find the bus stop. :S Infuriating, but I guess, stupid too. Met Janice and Gabby at the bus stop. :D Returned to Church, had lunch, planned cell for the 24th, copied Phyllis's notes and went for CM cell. 24th: Taught for the first time as a CM! With backing up from (co-CM) Aaron and input from Jeannie. Thanks a lot, you guys. :) Had an AWESOME outing lunching at Aston's and ice-skating at Kallang. Thank you to everyone (Aaron, Chloe, Charis, Eugene, Emmy, Gabriel, Ken and Kelvin) for your company and teaching (my first time ice-skating, see!) k! I love you all. (: See you all sometime soon.
